Latest News 09 : 05 : 07 Smoked mussels scoop Seafish Award Shetland Seafish Oak Roasted Mussels overcame strong opposition to scoop the award for the best new product shellfish at the seafish industry awards 2007. Shetland Seafish development executive Alasdair MacPherson said: "We are delighted to receive this award. It is testament to the quality of the product, the hard work and initiative shown by our team.”
"The judges were impressed with the format and taste of our product, which they feel takes mussels into new markets and onto a new level.” We look forward to continuing to work in this way to ensure a successful future for the company."
